Hi, I'm Amanda!
I'm the face behind Dream Come True Events and also your wedding planning bestie!
I work with couples who are planning their own weddings and want steady support, clear direction, and someone they can truly rely on throughout the process. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re balancing real life, real budgets, and a lot of decisions. My goal is to help things feel more manageable and less stressful as everything comes together.
Why I do what I do
I started my business because I was once that stressed out bride! I was a DIY bride on a budget just winging every step of the way. By wedding day I was a big ball of stress that couldn't wait for it to just be OVER. Not to mention there was no one to run the show since I was the one who planned and coordinated the entire thing! No bride should ever feel that way. I wanted to be that someone that brides could rely on before they start getting overwhelmed.
My Approach
My approach is calm, realistic, and organized without overcomplicating things. I focus on clear communication, intentional timelines, and helping everything flow smoothly as your wedding day approaches. Whether I’m stepping in during the final weeks or offering guidance along the way, my role is to support your vision and help keep everything on track.

When I'm not working weddings, you can usually find me at home with my two littles and my husband, curled up on the couch watching TV with a snack. I also work part time in the hospital kitchen!
